Our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Every online order is carefully prepared by our small team Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

• Standard Processing: Items are typically prepped and shipped within 4 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

• U.S. Shipping & Customs: To ensure our American customers never have to worry about extra duties or taxes, all orders to U.S. addresses are fulfilled directly through our U.S. distribution center.

• Delivery Windows: While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to 15 business days for shipment, depending on current inventory levels at our U.S. facility.
